How-TO-Journal
Some Ideas and a little Step by Step
Journaling is something really creative and freeing. There is no right or wrong. But it is super helpful to know some tools on How TO or What TO and just some inspiration where to start.
I personally like different forms of Journaling and keep a lot of different Journals: I have my day to day Journal (with whom i starded), I have some creative writing Journals for writing poems, some sensations that are accouring to me, songs and things that inspire me, some for my university-learnings, to paint and sketch, ect. I don´t use them all continually and sometimes I will paint something into my day to day Journal and get creative. The one I truely use every day and some Questions I come back to every day are those:
Journal Entries

2. How am I feeling? What is occurring in my body?
3. How would I enjoy/ like to feel?
4. How do I want to spend my time and what are tasks for today? (give yourself a star behind every archived task, you can also separate In tasks: for myself, for my future, ect.)

9. What am I greatful for? (try min. 3 big or small things, don´t think about it to much, there are many once you start)
I also often really like to draw something. I helps with my focus, creativity and dreaming.
